Franklin "Biff" Levy - Co-Founder of GS Mining Company

An entrepreneur with broad experience in strategy and management, Franklin “Biff” Levy has served as director of York Street Partners in the Seychelles since 2010. In this role, he has worked on projects including the development of a casino resort in Kazakhstan and commercial developments in Hainan, China. In 2017, Franklin Biff Levy founded GS Mining Company, LLC, which has reopened and rehabilitated sites such as the Golden Gilpin Mill in Colorado. As managing director, he handles all operational, legal, and financial matters for the company.

Earlier in his career, he spent six years providing special counsel to the chairman of the board of the Las Vegas Sands. Mr. Levy holds a bachelor of arts in liberal arts from Yale University, where he was ranking scholar house chairman of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, and a juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Outside his professional pursuits, Mr. Levy has been involved with the Stand Up and Learn program, which creates school curriculum utilizing stand-up comedy to help students develop confidence and public speaking skills.
